That record includes cost engineering on one of the largest builds in the country, estates in the $80 million class, $20 million ground-up commercial builds, and custom homes that continuously set record comps. Most builders spend a career in one of those markets; we’ve delivered in all of them.

Most developments split the developer from the builder. Productum was structured so that split never exists: the firm self-performs its own construction because cost control and schedule control are too important to hand to someone else. Land, entitlement, financing, construction, and sale run under one roof, and every number and date carries the same name: PRODUCTUM.
